We take pride in our facility. The arena is watered and groomed several times weekly and the facility is swept and cleaned on a daily basis. Antiques and art are displayed in and around, inside and out. Enhanced varnished knotty pine is abundant throughout the facility, giving it and "Old West" feel with a touch of elegance. The covered porch, lined with river rock is the perfect place to lounge in wicker furniture and read the latest horse magazines or have a bite to eat. Custom rustic indoor furniture provides a great place to sit and watch all the daily equine activities going on here at the ranch.


Our new state of the art facility provides a safe atmoshphere for horse enthusiasts to improve their riding capabilities and personal skill level in a controlled learning environment for both horse and rider. Lucky 13 Ranch is located on 15+ acres in a private setting with access to ourdoor riding trails and close proximity to the Pilchuck Tree Farm and the Centennial Trail for hours of trail riding.
